چکیده

Synthetic food colorants are widely added to in order attract the consumer. Many researchers have incriminated these additives for causing some problems human health. This research was conducted determinate toxic effects of selected synthetic dyes (A, B and C) biochemical parameters male albino rats acute test. The limit test dose 5000 mg/kg administered four then observed individually 1hour post-dosing, at least once daily 14 days. Sub-chronic toxicity evaluated after administering oral doses 1000, 2000, 3000 4000 body weight, 28 days rats. Results study indicated that LD50 three different standard color (A), (B) (C) is more than mg/kg. While sub-chronic studies administration colorants, showed significant increases (P<0.05), aspartate amino-transferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), serum urea (SUR) creatinine (SCR) values treated with when compared those control group. it takes dye kill tested also affect liver kidney functions
